We are pleased to announce the launch of a new player in Europe's clean energy transition landscape. Based in Milan (MI) and Faenza (RA) in Italy, Sphera Energy has been founded by a lean team of Renewable and Energy industry veterans, with the backing of Combigas, a historical energy sector group of companies based in the Centre-North of Italy with +300 mEUR of yearly turnover and over 40 years of history.
The Sphera Energy team and partners benefit from +70 years of combined track record in the Renewables industry, and the financial support of Combigas group.
While the initial focus of our greenfield development and investment activities will be Italy, the platform's medium term ambition is to scale-up across Europe.
